All firearms are at the (FFL)location being catalogued and will be at the auction site that afternoon around 4:30 pm of the auction for preview.
1141 Pawn Shop has checked all serial no. All guns MUST be taken back to 1141 Pawn Shop a FFL dealer. You will make arrangement with him to come by his place of business and pickup your gun. Brad Hess owner of 1141 Pawn shop will have a background check fee of $25.00 on the first gun and $10.00 each if you buy more than one gun. You must give us a copy and it must match the name on your driver’s license. No ghost buyers.
Out of state buyers MUST pay for their items the day of the auction and furnish a local (FFL) in their community that they would like to have their guns shipped. A local (FFL) will charge you a fee for the gun plus shipping.
The auction company reserves the right to hold purchases of buyers who do not have acceptable credentials.

Do your due diligence on the guns if your interested in before the auction. Any gun that is found to have been stolen over the past 40 years will be refunded to the buyer.
Personal Property: Cash or good check, A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the Highest Bid Price for the Final Sale Price. All Guns will be paid for first and then you’ll see (1141 Pawn Shop) in order for you to pick up your gun. All buyers of guns will be subject to a background check. Anyone that is Tax Exempt in TN or Out of State MUST furnish R & R with a copy of their Tax Exempt Form when registering in or will be charged a sales tax of 5.3% The Auction Company and its Representatives represent the Sellers ONLY!
